🎁 Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our gift voucher service! Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing or redeeming a voucher.

1. Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

2. Redemption

Vouchers can be redeemed against eligible services provided by Feel Good Steps. 
Vouchers are only valid within Feel Good Steps’ normal operating area, which covers Milton Keynes and the immediate surrounding villages. Redemption of vouchers outside this area will not be accepted. Vouchers must be used in accordance with Feel Good Steps’ standard booking and service policies. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Booking

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please quote your voucher code when booking.

4. Transferability

Vouchers may be gifted to another person but cannot be resold or used for promotional purposes without written consent.

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Please treat them like cash. However we will do everything we can to support any valid problems.

6. Partial Use

If the full value is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will be retained and can be used within the original validity period.

7. Cancellation Policy

Standard cancellation policies apply. Missed appointments may result in complete of partial forfeiture of the voucher value.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a voucher if misuse or fraud is suspected.
